  Good burgers, fries, and shakes, but service can be hit or miss at this location. Seems like they need some good shift managers to focus the young staff's efforts. More than once I've had an order lost to confusion during not so busy times. The kids behind the counter mean well and try to do the right thing when they make a mistake.

  The burgers are amazing. Flame broiled goodness and great condiments to boot. The tots and shakes are delicious! They even have pog shake. The counter help.can be hit or miss sometimes, but the great taste of the burger makes up for any lax in good customer service. Highly recommended. In n out and five guys have nothing on this place, they are in a class by themselves.

  My husband and I went in to grab a late lunch today around 4pm, it was a pretty slow time for the restaurant with not many people/orders, and were fairly disappointed with the service. Teddy's is a place we typically enjoy coming to as we love the food and shakes but unfortunately today the service put a damper on our overall experience. The girl taking our order appeared to be extremely annoyed when we weren't ready to order when we were the only ones in line, our shake order didn't get made so we went up to see if we could have it made (after we were done eating). We were told it would be made which it was, but then sat behind the counter for 10-15 minutes so we went up again to ask if we could get our shake. We were immediately handed it and the young worker behind the counter laughed. We were in complete shock at what had happened over a milkshake and unfortunately do not want to return to this specific location again. Pretty bummed.

  Great burgers, service speed just right for freshly made food. Place was clean, though small inside. Additional seating outside.
